Please press and hold the scanner, then connect the scanner to the PC with the USB cable in the package, the screen will go to “update mode” Note: Please turn off the antivirus software when installing the update tool, otherwise the driver will not be installed correctly. The update tool can be found from the official website (refer to the user manual)
